Because we have streamlined systems, qualified people and we operate remotely/online, over the internet, by email, telephone, instant messaging (and by post, if you are sending your paperwork & documents to us), we can keep our fees low.  We also don’t maintain fancy offices and pass the cost-saving on to you.

By regularly doing your own bookkeeping accurately using one of our recommended online packages.

• Can I start part-way through the year?

Yes of course.  Because our fees our based on 12 monthly payments, if you start mid-year, you will either add the pro-rata amount to your first payment or spread the 12 month fee over the remaining months that are left until your year end.  (eg, if your year end is 31 March and you join us in August, you can either pay 5 months at the end of August OR spread the normal 12 monthly payments over the remaining 7 months)

• Does it matter if I am geographically distant?

Absolutely not, this is an online/remote service, which keeps helps us to the fees down.

• What if I need to contact you?

You can telephone us, email us, instant message us, you can even write to us.  We respond very quickly to all enquiries.

• What if I don’t want to do my own bookkeeping/VAT/Payroll?

That’s absolutely fine.  We are able to do your bookkeeping, VAT and/or payroll for an additional monthly fee.

• What software can I use?

• What if I want a face-to-face or more traditional service?
